1. Service provider identity

This service is provided under the commercial name Pay by idir.ai by Idir Ouhab Meskine (Kleinunternehmer).

2. Service scope

The platform allows users to manage clients, generate invoices, and export documentation related to their professional activity.

3. Registration and account

• Users must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts for fraudulent, unlawful, or non-compliant use.

4. Pricing, trial, and billing

The service offers a single plan of EUR 10/month with a 1-month trial period, subject to the commercial terms published at any given time.

Users are responsible for the fiscal and accounting compliance of the information included in their invoices.

5. Acceptable use

Using the platform for unlawful activities, impersonation, unauthorized access, or data processing without legal basis is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, and platform content are protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction or reverse engineering is not authorized beyond legal limits.

7. Availability and changes

Availability may be affected by maintenance, security actions, or external causes. We may modify features to improve the service or meet legal obligations.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven breach. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and the issuance of their fiscal documents.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

German law applies. For B2B relationships, parties may agree on arbitration mechanisms. For consumers (B2C), no mandatory arbitration is imposed and statutory rights to access competent courts remain in place.
